- Manufacturing Milestones: We’ve been working tirelessly with pre-manufacturing design houses to develop the first full X1 prototypes and gear up for manufacturing.
Product Development & Manufacturing
In the past six months, we’ve collaborated with top manufacturers to find the perfect partner with the skills and expertise to bring our X1 design to life and prepare us for full-scale production. We’re excited to announce that we’ve secured a manufacturing partner who’s ready to make this vision a reality!
We’re excited to team up with AIMDek Technologies to bring the X1 to life, starting with the production of our first four working prototypes. From there, we’ll gear up for an initial run of up to 1,000 devices (subject to crowdfunding pre-orders). As part of our $70,000 estimate, AIMDek will handle hardware design, early manufacturing, and pre-compliance reporting, as well as support the initial stages of software and firmware development. While our team develops the X1’s companion app in-house, AIMDek will assist us with integrating the firmware, bringing the X1 closer to reality with each step.
Marketing
Our marketing efforts are now in full swing! We've established a presence on all major social media platforms, including X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and recently welcomed our new social media manager, Madison Perez, to lead these initiatives. With posting underway, we’re actively tracking engagement using full analytics to fine-tune our strategy for maximum reach and excitement as we approach the crowdfunding launch. Engagement is already growing, and we’re building momentum to make the X1’s launch a success!

Introducing Madison Perez! Madison is an innovative Social Media Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and creativity to the digital marketing landscape at Fulcrum Wearables. With a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, Madison began her professional journey in 2019 while still in college. Since then, she has collaborated with notable brands such as Frenche and Sugardoh, as well as numerous smaller startups, becoming skilled in creating engaging and viral content. One of her significant achievements includes playing a pivotal role in transforming Sugardoh from a garage-based business to a recognized brand, successfully launching its products in Ulta and other brick-and-mortar stores. Outside of working hours, you’ll catch her at local coffee shops with her toddler, thrift shopping, and catching up on the latest internet trends. |

Crowdfunding
We’re gearing up for our November 12th crowdfunding launch on Indiegogo with exciting progress! Our campaign page is fully designed, and we’ve crafted multiple ordering options to thank our backers. Alongside typical pre-orders, there’s an exclusive early bird discount, a premium option that includes a “Founder’s Edition” X1 and bespoke packaging, and a limited ultra-exclusive tier that includes a custom-engraved watch to pair with the X1. The pre-launch page is live now, and we’re counting down to 11/12 when the campaign officially kicks off!For our Indiegogo campaign, we’ve set a goal of $75,000, following best practices to balance our immediate costs with an amount that aligns with successful projects on the platform. We’re opting for fixed funding, knowing that while this goal won’t cover all our expenses, we’re optimistic about exceeding it based on Indiegogo’s guidance.
