Backups

9. Account Deletion
Fulcrum allows you to delete your account directly within the Pivot App at any time.
To delete your account, navigate to:

Before your account is deleted, you will be asked to confirm your decision. In some cases, you may be required to re-authenticate your account before deletion can be completed to help protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
When your account is deleted:
- Your authentication credentials are permanently removed.
- Your account will no longer be accessible.
- Your personal information and associated health and activity data are scheduled for deletion from Fulcrum's active systems in accordance with our data retention practices.
- Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security purposes, or as part of secure system backups, as described in the Data Retention section of this Privacy Policy.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered except where information is temporarily retained in secure backups for disaster recovery or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
